Delivery:
Delivery takes place in the order in which the order is received on the fourth day after receipt of payment.
The goods will be sent as a registered letter/parcel and will be securely packaged.
When exporting objects of cultural value, it is the purchaser’s obligation to obtain the relevant export certificate in accordance with Act No. 71/1994 Coll.
for the sale and export of objects of cultural value. The Purchaser shall be responsible for compliance with the requirements of the aforementioned legislation.
Retention of title:
The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
Refund policy:
You can return the goods you received without giving any reason within one month by returning the goods.
This period begins at the earliest upon receipt of the goods and these instructions.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods or the return request on time (in text form: email koci.delcampe (@) gmail.com, letter).
Once the returned goods have been received, the purchase price will be refunded.
